Each policy transition is recorded in the status history with actor name, comment, and timestamp. Published policies are immutable — modifications require creating a new version.
Policies support PDF uploads for approval letters, council approvals, policy circulars, and supporting evidence. All uploads are MIME-validated, checksummed, and access-controlled.
Policy lifecycle events trigger email and push notifications: submission, review start, revision requests, approval, rejection, publication, and review comments.
