The Commercialization module tracks technology transfer activities, licensing agreements, industry visits, and innovation metrics — aligned with ICT-1 Annex-C sections (x) through (xvii).

IP Licensing

Track signed licenses for national and international agreements:

Dashboard Analytics

The innovation dashboard provides real-time KPIs:

• Active Policy Count: Published and active policies
• IP Disclosure Metrics: Total disclosures, approved IP
• Patent Counts: Filed and registered patents
• Licensing Metrics: Active licenses, exclusive vs non-exclusive
• Industry Visits: Total visits recorded
• National vs International: Split of IP activity by jurisdiction
• Policy Breakdown: By category and workflow status
• IP Breakdown: By category, jurisdiction, and status

Reporting & Export

Export services produce Annex-C aligned data:

• Policy Inventory: All policies with approval metadata
• IP Disclosure Summaries: Disclosures by category and jurisdiction
• Patent Summaries: Filed and granted patents
• Licensing Reports: Signed agreements with licensee details
• Innovation Summary: Aggregate counts across all categories
